The Pool Is Closed!
2025 Pool Season
Opening: May 9th, 2025
Closing: Sept 23rd, 2025
Pool Opens 9:30am
Closes 7:00pm May 9th to May 29th
Closes 9:00pm May 30th to Sept 1st
Closes 7:00pm Sept 2nd to Sept 23rd
The swimming pool is located in the Orchard neighborhood which is on the east side of Lonesome Valley Road. To access the Orchard neighborhood by car, please use the Orchard gate security code provided by your HOA or the Twelve-2 rental agent, to open the drive thru gate. If you are walking from River Place, for safety purposes, please use the pedestrian gates, located to the right of the Orchards entrance gate (See pictures below). To access the pool use the security code provided by your HOA or Twelve-2 rental agent.

The Orchards HOA is officially know as "APPLEVIEW ORCHARDS/VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC." and may locally be referred to as AppleView Farms Plantation due to the sign at the entrance.
Within the development there are two governing deeds each with different by-laws
1. Apple View Farms (which governs the amenities which consists of the Pool, Clubhouse, Rental Program) for the Apple View Farms, and River Place, also known as "The Master Board HOA".
2. The Orchards HOA.
Amenities
Enjoy our Gym Facilities, the Game Room, and our Pool & Hot Tub area. These are maintained by the Master Hoa.

All rental units are required to book through AppleView River Resort and they can be reached at 877-705-2379.
